| Norman R. Augustine |
|
Norman R. Augustine is the former
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Prior to the formation of Lockheed Martin Corporation, Mr. Augustine
served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Martin Marietta
Corporation. Prior to his tenure with Martin Marietta Corporation,
he held several positions in the Pentagon, including Assistant
Secretary of the Army and Under Secretary of the Army.
Mr. Augustine served as Chairman and Principal Officer of the
American Red Cross for nine years and is a former Chairman of
the National Academy of Engineering, the Association of the United
States Army and the Defense Science Board. He is a former President
of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and
the Boy Scouts of America. He is currently a member of the Board
of Directors of ConocoPhillips, Black & Decker, Procter &
Gamble and Lockheed Martin and a member of the Board of Trustees
of Colonial Williamsburg, MIT and Johns Hopkins and a former member
of the Board of Trustees of Princeton University. He is a member
of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology
and was a member of the Hart/Rudman Commission on National Security.
Mr. Augustine has been presented the National Medal of Technology
by the President of the United States and has five times been
awarded the Department of Defense’s highest civilian decoration,
the Distinguished Service Medal. He is co-author of The Defense
Revolution and Shakespeare In Charge and author of Augustine’s
Laws and Augustine’s Travels. He holds eighteen honorary
degrees. Mr. Augustine attended Princeton University where he
graduated with a BSE in Aeronautical Engineering, magna cum laude,
an MSE and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, Tau Beta Pi and Sigma
Xi. |

| Coach Mike Krzyzewski |
|
Coach Mike Krzyzewski is the head basketball
coach at Duke University where his accomplishments include three
national championships, eleven National Coach of the Year honors,
nine Final Four appearances, seven ACC championships, sixteen All-American
selections, and Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inductee.
Coach Krzyzewski has established the highest level of success in
the college basketball world with winning seasons and superb graduation
rates. Prior to joining the Duke program, Coach Krzyzewski spent
five years building the program at this alma mater, the U.S. Military
Academy. He led the Cadets to one NIT berth, one ECAC playoff appearance
and a five year record of 73 – 59. Prior to West Point, he
was an assistant coach at Indiana University under Bob Knight. Before
assisting Coach Knight, Coach Krzyzewski served in the Army attaining
the rank of Captain.
Coach Krzyzewski is the current chairman of the Duke Children’s
Miracle Network Telethon and assumes vital roles at the Duke Children’s
Classic, the Jimmy V Foundation and the NABC Foundation. He also
serves as chairman for the Emily Krzyzewski Family Center, a local
community center near the Duke campus. He was named the first recipient
of the Verizon Reads with the NABC Literacy Champion Award and received
the Honorary Alumnus Award from the Duke Medical Center for his
contributions to the Duke Children’s Health Center.
Coach Krzyzewski graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West
Point, New York. He played basketball under Bob Knight and was team
captain during his senior year. |

| John J. McDonnell, Jr. |
|
John J. (“Jack”) McDonnell
is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Transaction
Network Services, Inc. (“TNS”), one of the world’s
leading providers of data communication services for transaction-oriented
applications. TNS went public in 1994 and was acquired by PSINet
in 1999. In March, 2001, Mr. McDonnell and GTCR Golder Rauner LLC
acquired TNS from PSINet. Prior to founding TNS, Mr. McDonnell was
President and CEO of Digital Radio, Inc., a local access bypass
carrier for POS transactions. He also served as a director for the
National Commission on Electronic Funds Transfer and held positions
as vice president for Tymnet. Mr. McDonnell also served as group
vice president for the Information Technologies and Telecommunications
Group of the Electronic Industries Association. He is a founder
and active leader of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association.
Mr. McDonnell is the recipient of KPMG’s High Tech Entrepreneur
Award in 1997.
Mr. McDonnell serves on the Board of Directors of InteliData (NASDAQ:INTD),
Ecutel Systems, Inc., and Marymount University in Virginia, as well
as the Board of Trustees of Regis High School in New York City.
Mr. McDonnell holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Manhattan
College and a Maters of Science Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute. |

| Samuel B. Ross |
|
| Samuel B. Ross is the Founder, Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of SBR, Inc. (“SBR”). SBR
is a building products company which is engaged in the manufacture,
sale, and delivery of residential and commercial windows, acrylic
block windows, urethane moldings, and metal coatings. Manufacturing
facilities are located in West Virginia, Illinois, California, Ohio,
Georgia and Yantai, China. Another subsidiary of SBR, Woodcraft
Supply Corporation (“Woodcraft”), is the nation’s
leader in selling quality woodworking tools, equipment and supplies
to woodworking craftsmen. Woodcraft operates a chain of 20 retail
stores throughout the United States and in addition, offers its
products though direct mail order catalogues and the Internet through
its website. SBR has achieved significant growth while consistently
achieving average returns on equity in excess of 20%. Prior to founding
SBR, Mr. Ross was a management consultant with Ernst & Young,
formerly Arthur Young and Company. Mr. Ross holds a Bachelor of
Science from Ohio State University and a MBA from the University
of Washington. |

| John C. York, Jr. |
|
| John C. York, Jr. is the Founder and
Managing Partner of Georgetown Capital Corporation LLC, an investment
company, which targets investment capital in financial service companies
and real estate related ventures. Prior to founding Georgetown Capital,
Mr. York was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Commonwealth
Savings Bank, Virginia’s oldest savings bank and was concurrently
the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of James Madison Mortgage
Company, one of the largest residential lenders in the Washington,
DC area. Prior to these positions, Mr. York was Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of York Associates Inc., one of the nation’s
largest multi-family lenders. These three companies were acquired
by large financial services providers. Mr. York graduated from Syracuse
University. |
