Mr. Yarbrough has over thirty years of experience working with middle market companies and financial institutions. His experience includes advising clients in the negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, loan restructuring and refinancing, capital raising options and strategies, and strategic planning. Prior to founding CrossHill, he served on the Board of Directors and as the Managing Partner of both the Washington, D.C. and Richmond offices of BDO Seidman, an international accounting and management consulting firm. Mr. Yarbrough serves as a board member of DigitalNet Holdings, Inc. and SBR, Inc. Mr. Yarbrough is a graduate of Duke University where he was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference Honor Roll for outstanding academic and athletic achievement. He is a member of the Economic Club of Washington and a member of Leadership Washington.   Mr. Graham has more than twenty five years of investment banking experience with both public and private companies, encompassing financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory services. Prior to founding CrossHill, he was a Principal of the investment banking firm Kidder, Peabody & Co., which was a subsidiary of General Electric Capital Corporation. Mr. Graham was the Regional Director of the Direct Investment Group in Chicago and Boston. He was responsible for financings in many industries, including venture capital, biotechnology, cable television, real estate, broadcasting, utility finance and equipment leasing. In addition, he held positions with Merrill, Lynch & Co. and Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young). Mr. Graham was a founder of Prestwick Companies whose assets were spun out to create Prestwick Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is a board member of Transaction Network Services, Inc., Ecutel Systems, Inc., ACell, Inc., and the Washington, D.C. International Film Festival. Mr. Graham is a graduate of Georgetown University and received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
